Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please ensure you allow more time and patience in order to drop off/ pick up your kids at school by car. There is nearby roadwork that is creating congestion near our school.
PLEASE do not double park near the school when dropping off or picking up your children. Doing so causes the School buses to have to drive into oncoming traffic which is quite dangerous. Blocking the driveway in front of the school delays school buses as they try to drop off or pick up students, so be mindful of how you park. Please, remember, the driveway is for the school buses and should not be used to drop off and pick up students in personal vehicles. Everyone’s safety is important, please do everything you can to keep traffic moving near the school.
We wish our school nurse, Ms. Lata a Happy Retirement. We thank her for her services for our students at school.
Our new school nurse is Ms. Shiva Turk. She is in room 102 and her extension is 1020.
Welcome back friends and families! Hope you’ve had an amazing, exciting, and adventurous summer! The PTA works together in partnership with the school in hopes the first few days of school will operate smoothly.
Again, we welcome Mr. Walter Da Luz, our parent coordinator, for joining this big family. You have probably received an email from him regarding of what to expect on the first day of school.
Your child’s class for the 2019-2020 school year is found here. If you are unable to access the site, please follow the instructions on that site or contact the parent coordinator at email@example.com, 718.461.7462 Ext. 1162 (work), or 347.563.4356 (cell).
