Queens Library: Teen Podcast Training

Attention Teens! If you are interested in a career in broadcast journalism, audio engineering, news reporting, or radio, this program will take you one step closer to your dreams. You can make your own podcasts to be shared with Queens Library’s community and the public!

You will learn how to produce podcasts, edit audio recordings, and interview a variety of interesting people. This program is for ages 12-19 and will take place at Central Library as well as at the Queens Library for Teens in Far Rockaway. Choose the topic you want to explore and take it from there – the sky is the limit! This is a great experience to put on your resume and to help you in earning scholarships for your future education.

The first 15 people to fulfill the program requirements will receive a Samsung Tablet.
